Kanga ya Zanzibar

Sourced in Dar es Salaam, this traditional Zanzibari kubwa-sized kanga is endlessly versatile — wear it, display it, or use its generous fabric to create something uniquely yours.

Every kanga begins its journey as part of a Doti — two kangas produced side by side as a continuous length. We offer our kangas as either a Single (hemmed) or a Doti (uncut pair).

100% cotton

CARE

Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent

Wash separately or with similar colours

Avoid bleach and tumble drying

Air dry in the shade

We found this kanga a little stiff at first, but it softened up beautifully after a few washes.
