Kisutu ya Tanzania
One of East Africa’s most enduring designs, the Kisutu kanga is known for its distinctive “crosses and tangerines” motif. Traditionally associated with weddings, the Kisutu is also cherished in daily life — whether worn, draped, or displayed — a living tradition that continues to adapt and inspire.
Every kanga begins its journey as part of a Doti — two kangas produced side by side as a continuous length. We offer our kangas as either a Single (hemmed) or a Doti (uncut pair).
